Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

2.1 By accessing the 68jil platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.2 These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players, regardless of whether they registered directly through 68jil.net or through any affiliated channel.

2.3 68jil reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file. Continued use of the 68jil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4 This Agreement is in addition to, and does not replace, any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions published elsewhere on the 68jil platform. In the event of a conflict, game-specific or promotion-specific rules shall take precedence only for the specific game or promotion in question.

3.1 Age Requirement. Access to real-money games on 68jil is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed in accordance with regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. 68jil conducts mandatory age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age shall be immediately suspended, all associated Bonus Funds shall be voided, and any real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Residency. 68jil is primarily intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing 68jil from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited bear sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on 68jil. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts is strictly prohibited. 68jil reserves the right to merge or permanently close any duplicate Accounts detected and to void any winnings generated across such Accounts.

3.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their Account information promptly if any details change. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Corporate and Proxy Accounts. Accounts may only be registered and used by the named individual. Registration on behalf of another person, corporation, or entity is not permitted. Players may not permit third parties to access or use their Account.

3.6 Prohibited Persons. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 68jil and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the 68jil platform.

4.1 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their username, password, and one-time passwords (OTPs).

4.2 Players must not share their login credentials with any third party. 68jil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account.

4.3 Players must notify 68jil support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their Account.

4.4 68jil staff will never request a Player's password via chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 68jil support immediately.

5.1 68jil accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other payment methods that may be made available from time to time. Current deposit methods are displayed in the Player's Account dashboard.

5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in the Player's own name. 68jil reserves the right to refuse deposits from third-party sources and to return funds received from unverified or mismatched payment sources.

5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit. These limits may be adjusted by 68jil at any time without prior notice.

5.4 All transactions on 68jil are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider, not 68jil.

5.5 68jil does not charge deposit fees. However, Players should verify with their payment provider whether any fees apply at the provider level.

5.6 Deposited funds are held in Player Wallets and may only be used to place Wagers on the 68jil platform or withdrawn in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of this Agreement.

6.1 Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the conditions set out in this Section.

6.2 KYC Requirement. Before any withdrawal is processed, Players must complete 68jil's KYC verification process by providing valid government-issued identification and any additional documentation requested by 68jil. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended for large withdrawals, withdrawals requiring additional verification, or during periods of high volume.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount at 68jil is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit where technically possible. 68jil reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source as an anti-money laundering measure.

6.6 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the Account dashboard. Higher limits may be available to VIP-tier Players upon request.

6.7 68jil reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending verification if the circumstances of the withdrawal give rise to a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or breach of these Terms.

7.1 68jil offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant offer on the 68jil platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual bonus terms.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available only to new Players making their first qualifying deposit on 68jil. One bonus per person, per household, and per IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7.4 Abuse of Bonuses. 68jil reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any related winnings, and suspend or close an Account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated tools or bots to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit bonus terms.

7.5 Bonus terms may be amended or withdrawn at 68jil's discretion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed before the effective date of the amendment.

7.6 68jil reserves the right to decline to offer any bonus to any Player at its absolute discretion.

8.1 All games on the 68jil platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type, as published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing any Wager.

8.2 RNG Integrity. Computer-dealt games ("RNG Games") on 68jil use certified Random Number Generator systems sourced from licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the point of resolution and cannot be influenced by 68jil or any Player after a Wager is placed.

8.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are operated in real time by third-party studio providers. Results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by human dealers. 68jil does not control live game outcomes.

8.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, the affected round shall be void and stakes returned to Players. 68jil's decision regarding any malfunction is final.

8.5 Disconnection. 68jil is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections during a game session. Where technically possible, game states are preserved and may be resumed upon reconnection. Players should ensure they have a stable connection before placing significant Wagers.

8.6 Maximum Payout. 68jil reserves the right to impose a maximum single-session or single-wager payout cap. Any payout exceeding this cap will be subject to additional verification before processing.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 68jil and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, voiding of all winnings, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 68jil platform in any way, including to place Wagers, claim bonuses, or process withdrawals;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in games or the platform infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documentation during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access the 68jil platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool;
• Using the 68jil platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 68jil staff or other Players through any channel;
• Registering more than one Account on the 68jil platform;
• Accessing another Player's Account without authorization;
• Engaging in any conduct that, in 68jil's reasonable judgment, is intended to defraud the platform or any other Player.

10.1 68jil is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All real-money gaming on the 68jil platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and must not be used as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

10.2 Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their Account at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount that may be deposited into the Player Wallet;
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration settings with optional on-screen reminders;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary Account suspension for a period selected by the Player (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or extended closure of the Player's Account upon request.

10.3 Self-exclusion requests submitted to 68jil will be processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the Player will be unable to log in or place Wagers on 68jil. Reversal of a self-exclusion before its expiry is not permitted.

10.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support. Resources are available on the 68jil Responsible Gaming page.

10.5 68jil reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the Player.

11.1 All content on the 68jil platform — including but not limited to software, games, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of 68jil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 68jil platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

11.3 Players must not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, reproduce, publish, sublicense, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 68jil platform without prior written consent from 68jil.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 68jil and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with a Player's use of the 68jil platform.

12.2 68jil's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the claim.

12.3 68jil does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12.4 Nothing in this Agreement limits 68jil's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13.1 Players who wish to raise a complaint or dispute should contact the 68jil support team in the first instance. 68jil operates a formal complaints handling procedure designed to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.

13.2 Complaint Submission. Complaints must be submitted to 68jil via live chat or email at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

13.3 Resolution Timeline. 68jil will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final response within fourteen (14) days. Complex disputes may require additional time; the Player will be informed of any extension.

13.4 Escalation. If a Player is not satisfied with 68jil's final response, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority through the channels specified in that authority's procedures.

13.5 68jil's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions taken in response to prohibited conduct, and bonus forfeitures are final and binding on Players, subject only to demonstrable technical error.

14.1 68jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on the 68jil platform with a new effective date.

14.2 Where amendments are material in nature, 68jil will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact information held on their Account at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

14.3 A Player's continued use of the 68jil platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's binding acceptance of the revised terms. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must immediately cease using the platform and may request a withdrawal of their available balance.

15.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.

15.2 The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13.

15.3 Nothing in this clause shall limit 68jil's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is warranted.
